Class Two Theme Days 2021/22
We have lots of different theme days in school throughout the year and Mr Booth and all of Class Two thoroughly enjoy taking part in each and every one of them. Take a look below to see just some of the things we have been getting up to.
Author visit - Matt Goodfellow
We were very lucky to join Class Reception and Class One in the hall for a visit from the author Matt Goodfellow. He came to talk to us about his new book, Caterpillar Cake. He performed lots of poems for us which we all really enjoyed and we were given the chance to buy copies of his new book, which he kindly signed for us.

Hello Yellow - October 2021
In the run up to World Mental Health Day 2021 on the 10th October, we took part in the Young Minds initiative, #HelloYellow. This is a campaign to show children and young people that they are not alone and that it is okay to talk about their mental health. We all came to school wearing something yellow and we did lots of activities throughout the day to make us feel good!
TTRockstars Day
We had great fun dressing up as Rock Heroes and Rock Legends for our whole school TTRockstars Day in the Autumn Term. We spent the day doing a wide range of activities related to times tables and number and we are now working hard to improve our TTRockstars scores.
To add to the excitement of the day, Mrs Morton even brought in her own electric guitar and we all had the chance to hold it and strum it!
Children in Need 2021
Mr Booth was particularly excited when we got to dress up for Children in Need. We all brought donations in to support the charity and had a great day too! We didn't get many photos of the day but here are a couple of us joining in with Joe Wicks' live streamed workout.
